About Kiran
Kiran combines academic training with practical experience supporting individuals with diverse psychological and developmental needs. He holds an MSc in Psychology, providing a strong foundation in evidence-based and patient-centred care.
Kiran has experience working in educational settings, supporting individuals with learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and comorbid conditions. This has enabled him to develop a nuanced understanding of neurodiversity, as well as the importance of adapting support to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Alongside his professional work, Kiran brings a deeply empathetic perspective informed by his own lived experience. This has shaped his compassionate and person-centred approach, allowing him to connect with individuals in a meaningful and authentic way.
He is passionate about providing supportive, respectful, and collaborative care, and is committed to helping individuals feel understood, valued, and empowered in their recovery.
